Donna’s clients are in senior roles, often with global scope. They want to lead with agility and acumen as they build executive muscle for today’s complex and highly competitive environment. Through their partnership with her, they learn to effectively lead change; navigate organizational dynamics; build and sustain engaged teams; and enhance their impact through honing skills in communication, influence, strategic thinking, innovation and execution.

Donna brings twenty years of high performance, front-line leadership at General Electric and Johnson & Johnson to her work. She joined J&J as a member of a start-up team to commercialize and launch J&J’s health and wellness business. In this entrepreneurial environment, she led the national consulting team to build the corporate market for these services. In subsequent years, she played key roles in marketing, technology-licensing, and strategic business development for the managed care market. Donna’s term at GE was under the leadership of Jack Welch. She held positions of increasing complexity and challenge including management development/succession planning at GE Aerospace, labor negotiations at GE Aircraft Instruments, and responsibility for all regional human resource strategies and services at GE Health Care.

Donna’s interest in public service and education led her to mediate for the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs, to teach strategic business analysis at Fairleigh Dickinson’s School of Business and to become active in local and state-wide education initiatives.

Donna earned her leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Donna is an adjunct faculty member for the Center for Creative Leadership. She is certified in a variety of assessment tools including: The Leadership Circle 360 Profile and Culture Survey, MBTI, Hogan Assessments, Workplace Big Five, and Benchmarks 360. Donna has an M.B.A. with concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Marketing from Temple University, and her B.A. in Rhetoric and Communications from SUNY/Albany.
