In addition to providing a broad range of Human Resource coaching services, Gary serves as a senior consultant and facilitator for PRISM International, Inc., a global provider of diversity, culture and inclusion training for Fortune 500 companies and is a member of The Global Diversity and Inclusion Foundation Board.
Gary is a 24-year veteran of United Parcel Service (UPS) where he held various assignments in Operations, Industrial Engineering and Human Resources.
Gary received a B.S in Human Resources and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He also holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and several HR certifications (SPHR, GPHR, CCP, CBP).
Gary has served as a Director for the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), WorldatWork Compensation Advisory Board, SHRM-Atlanta, and the Atlanta Community Food Bank Boards. For the past 15 years, Gary has spoken at numerous conferences and association meetings on topics ranging from strategy to technology.
