Gerriann Fagan is a consultant based in Birmingham, AL. She provides executive coaching, training and career development services for local and national clients. Ms. Fagan has worked in business and service industries for 20+ years.

Prior to consulting and working for a global human capital consulting firm, Ms. Fagan was the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for a newspaper holding company with 6,000 employees and operations in 21 states. While working in health care, Ms. Fagan held several HR Leadership and Director level operations positions with United HealthCare.

She is Zenger Miller, Birkman Method, and MBTI certified. She is also a Certified Business Coach through B-Coach and has facilitated Learning International Customer Service and Sales Courses.

Ms. Fagan attained her Senior Professional Human Resource Certification (SPHR) in 1999, she holds a M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, and a B.S. from the University of Illinois. She is a member of the Birmingham and Hoover Chambers of Commerce and actively involved with the Society of Human Resources Management. She is past President of the Birmingham Chapter of SHRM and also served as Alabama’s legislative director. She is a member of the American Society of Training & Development - Birmingham, current president of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in Birmingham and serves as a Board Member for UCP of Greater Birmingham.
