With more than 25 years of experience in organizational development and consulting, Michelle is instrumental in developing strategies to improve business processes, maximize human capital and increase revenues. She serves as trusted advisor to numerous Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and educational institutions, ranging from Delta Air Lines, Kimberly-Clark and Georgia- Pacific to Public Health Institute for Informatics, Atlanta Public Schools and Spelman College.

With a keen insight to quickly grasp the internal and external dynamics of an organization or institution, Michelle successfully facilitates strategic planning workshops and team-building sessions. She creates processes to help organizations achieve greater and more measurable results. Whether it's advising a senior leadership team, coaching an executive or designing a new organizational structure, she is known for her passion, integrity and experience.

Prior to her consulting career, Michelle worked as a senior manager for IBM, KPMG Consulting and Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). In these positions, she was responsible for leading project teams to develop and implement methods for strategic action planning, group facilitation, organizational change management, executive coaching and business process redesign. In addition to increasing the productivity of several companies, her leadership helped to earn over $2 million in profits for a major beverage distributor. Her superior performance at IBM, KPMG, and Accenture garnered countless awards and recognitions.

Today, as a leading authority on adapting to changing environments, Michelle has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Black Enterprise, Emerging Business, and Smart Money. From 1999-2006, she authored a monthly column for the Atlanta Tribune magazine entitled, "Performance Zone", where she shared leadership strategies for success. She has also appeared as a guest on the CNN program, "Your Money" as an expert on leadership and change.

Michelle is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. She is also a board member for the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education (GPEE) and Quality Care for Children.
