During his tenure in Human Resources, he has partnered with many executives as a trusted advisor to develop, transform and drive strategic human resources practices in recruiting practices in a variety of organizations. He has played a major role in recruiting executive talent, developing human capital strategies inclusive of succession planning processes, bench strength analysis, executive coaching, leadership development programs, compensation analysis and metric based compensation initiatives which drive business results. His deep content knowledge of Change Management has helped organizations drive cultural change initiatives in creating an Employer of Choice best practices environment which links to drive shareholder value.
