Linda’s 30-year career has spanned several disciplines, contributing to the breadth and strength of her consulting skills. She is known for her excellence as an executive coach, a trainer/facilitator, and a consultant on organization and leadership development. Clients really appreciate Linda’s knowledge, insights, pragmatism, candor, and ability to identify how the business can achieve on its goals by better leveraging its talent.

Linda has 20 years’ experience as an executive coach. In those years, she has provided feedback, development planning and coaching services to hundreds of business leaders. She maintains an ongoing coaching clientele of 10 to 20 executives in mostly Fortune 500 companies. She is a Registered Corporate Coach and is certified in numerous assessments including the 16PF, MBTI, DISC, FIRO-B, 16PF, and ESCI. She has served on advisory panels for coaching organizations and is currently chairing the Selection Committee for the Georgia Coach Association’s PRISM Award.

Linda served in several executive capacities with Hartmarx Corporation, the nation’s largest manufacturer of men’s tailored clothing. In her seven years with the retail division of that company, she held senior level positions in Human Resources, Business Development, and Marketing & Strategic Planning. Linda was the catalyst for several significant initiatives while at Hartmarx—such as institutionalizing leadership development, moving the company to #1 in customer satisfaction, and crafting joint ventures with companies that doubled sales volume and increased profitability.

Prior to her corporate and consulting roles, Linda was a college instructor for over seven years, focusing primarily on marketing, economics and business management. She was highly regarded as a teacher, and her skills are certainly evident when facilitating meetings. Linda’s knowledge base is broad and strong—from “soft skills” such as coaching, leadership and communication to business topics such as marketing, finance and strategy. She can talk business and link business needs to people practices and initiatives. She has created and delivered dozens of customized training programs and management meetings for her clients, with outstanding results. Linda has an M.B.A. in Marketing from Connecticut State University and a B.S. in Business Management from Golden Gate University.
