An accomplished business executive with over 30 years' experience encompassing a multi-discipline background, Trish brings to client organizations both a line manager's perspective and understanding of their issues and a consultant's expertise to develop solutions. She has an extensive background managing business complexities, organizational transformations, culture changes, leadership development, executive coaching, and succession planning.
Her corporate experience includes assignments in operations, strategic planning, customer service, sales, marketing, product and market management, and human resources. She has successfully led organizations as large as 2000 people and has managed annual capital budgets of $500 million, expense budgets of $200 million, and revenue streams as large as $650 million. Her areas of expertise include leadership assessment, coaching, leadership development, competency development, large and small scale change management, strategic planning, and human resource planning.
As a talented leadership expert, Trish has work with clients in a diverse variety of industries including automotive, pharmaceuticals, finance, food and beverage, computers, technology, healthcare, consumer products, entertainment, education, non-profit and many others.
Trish’s education includes the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, an MBA from the University of Miami (Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma), and a BA in Mathematics from Duke University (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude). Her professional background includes various executive positions in Marketing, Market and Product Management, Operations and Human Resources, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President and Consulting Practice Leader; as well as Director Coaching Network with Hogan Assessment Systems.
