Cyndi is accredited and actively facilitates over 25 different coaching models and assessment tools including Hogan, PDI 360, Adaptiv Resilience, Marshall Goldsmith, and many others. She is a consistently published author and has been published and quoted in several national publications, including Training Magazine, Harvard Student Review, the Hay Studies, and Contact Magazine.

Prior to becoming a coach, Cyndi worked for Sprint, first in a business development role, but soon after in a position to certify and coach Sprint leaders. Selected to be the vendor educator for WorldCom sales staff during merger initiatives, Cyndi designed and facilitated leadership sessions for 400 sales reps. Cyndi gained extensive experience through a variety of positions in cross-functional management and executive communications.

She has also previously worked as a Training Director for American Management Association, the largest management development company in the United States. She became known for her ability to train subject matter experts to be successful public speakers.

Cyndi serves as a volunteer life coach for women and teens. She offers her workshop talents through the Women’s Employment Network and resilience training to teens in inner city schools.
