Prior to consulting, Christie worked as a Senior Manager of Cisco System’s Leadership Development function for Engineering. She led a global team of Business Engagement Managers and Leadership Development Consultants and her responsibilities included strategy development, alignment of learning and organizational development solutions to business priorities, management and development of direct reports, flawless execution and measurement against behavioral and ROI metrics.
Christie holds a M.A. in Organizational Communication and is a member of the Georgia Coaches Association.
