Sedric Hill is a recognized sales expert and industry thought leader with over 25 years of experience in sales leadership, training and consulting. Sedric has achieved extensive experience at the highest levels of success in a variety of roles in corporate executive sales management.
He has worked for large global enterprises consisting of several thousand salespeople such as: McKesson, Pitney Bowes, Hasler-Neopost, and more and continues to maintain close ties with senior executives at many of those organizations.
Sedric’s exemplary experience at many different sales levels including sales representative, sales manager, regional sales director, senior director of training, director of sales; and he has received multiple sales awards for high achievement including repeatedly attaining President’s Club and multiple High Honors Awards.
In addition, Sedric is a member of ASTD, the largest and most prestigious training organization in the world. His work spans across several business organizations, where he regularly delivers speeches and training. These include; The Orange County Chamber of Commerce, San Diego Postal Customer Council, The Small Business Association and others.
As an author, coach, performance consultant and experienced thought leader with a proven success record in sales and T&D leadership, Sedric offers clients an innovative, interactive and comprehensive sales training. His approach is helping to shift the paradigm in today’s training.
Sedric holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas Southern University. He has also completed countless training programs and certifications throughout his professional career.
