With over 23 years of experience providing top to bottom sales consulting, John has worked for over 400 companies. Some of his clients include Ryland Group, Standard Pacific Homes, Pulte, Reliant, Marriott, McKesson, Minolta, Dun & Bradstreet, Philips Medical, NAI, CB Richard Ellis, Alpha Broder, IDG, Fairmont Supply, Chase, Deutsche Bank, Sun Microsystems (Oracle), Ingram Micro, Cap Gemini, Cork Supply USA, and Rogue Wave Software. He has worked in multiple industries including banking, real estate, computer hardware and software, industrial distribution, IT consulting, pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing and transportation among others.

He starts his client engagements by collecting objective data through comprehensive evaluations. Then he provides customized solutions based strictly on what the client’s needs and priorities are. A representative sample of his work includes: increasing sales by 22% in one year at an international manufacturing company; implementing a custom designed sales process at a major energy retailer’s call center that resulted in an increase of 35% in their conversion rate; lowering turnover by 22% over 4 years by implementing pre-hire assessments at a commercial real estate company; and implementing a training and hiring process including pre-hire assessments at an industrial distribution company which improved performance per rep by 23.8%.

John holds both a masters and doctorate degrees in psychology and previously worked as a clinical psychologist for nine years before consulting. He currently lives in Atlanta GA.
