Beth Schumaker is a certified professional coach who partners with leaders and teams to enhance their business performance and professional development. She has over 25 years of experience in business as a sales leader, executive coach, leadership development consultant, and workshop facilitator.
In her current and previous roles, she has coached, trained, and consulted with hundreds of executive, senior, and mid-level leaders in a variety of industries. She has demonstrated an outstanding ability to help leaders, teams, and high potential individual contributors identify and address performance opportunities and clarify goals in a way that helps them excel in expanding their leadership capabilities to drive superior business results and professional growth.
Coaching all levels of sales leadership is an additional area of expertise. She understands the demands of a sales environment and the challenges of effective sales management and leadership based on her experience as a successful sales leader. She has coached sales leaders in a variety of industries to enhance performance and business results. Her coaching and training clients find that her inspirational, practical, and informed approach brings out the best in them and those with whom they interact.
Examples of Beth’s accomplishments include the design, development, and implementation of a performance coaching initiative for call center leaders nationwide for a major cable company with a documented 10% increase in sales results; and developed and led the implementation of a coaching model and training curriculum for all leaders in the network division of a major telecommunications company. She has worked with a variety of Fortune 500 organizations and has received various awards recognizing her achievements in sales, sales leadership, training strategy development, coaching, and customer service.
Beth is certified and Master certified in over 45 leadership development courses through nationally known vendors and is a member of the Georgia Coach Association and ATD. She has a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a MSW in Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia.
