Alicia Reece is an innovative and accomplished certified Executive Coach and HR Consultant. She has over 15 years of global diverse experience in Fortune 500 organizations across high-tech, manufacturing and consumer goods industries. Alicia has coached, consulted, and partnered with all levels of leadership while effectively influencing in matrix business environments.

As a seasoned Executive Coach, Alicia partners with her clients to accelerate their leadership value and careers through strengths-based coaching practices. Alicia holds a Masters of Art in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and is a graduate of Coach U’s formal coach training program.
