A strategic leader who gets results through creating systems and processes to attack chaos, engaging teams to pull together, inspiring and supporting individuals as they focus on (and achieve) their stretch goals.
Client Industries: B-to-B oriented organizations, telecom/technology, manufacturing, media/digital marketing, banking, higher education and management consulting.

Expertise: Specializes in helping executives to hone their abilities to lead and manage change – for themselves and their teams; to expand their leadership impact by developing their thinking, doing and being; to create a thriving culture of connection and collaboration; and to develop aligned, effective and efficient teams.
Coaching Style: Warm with a direct approach, intuitive, clearly having presence, all the while infusing engaging energy into her coaching engagements. Comfortable in challenging clients in a supportive way to foster growth in both leadership skills and behavior.

As a coach, collaborator and consultant, Tracey typically works with C-Suite, senior management and “high potential” executives. She also coaches teams who aspire to be more closely aligned and effective.

In addition to her leadership and coaching capabilities, she brings extensive experience in a variety of functional roles: organizational design, sales (direct and indirect), customer experience and business planning and strategy, marketing and product management. She has held key leadership roles in 18 major change initiatives, including: downsizings, technology upgrades, market segment and sales territory realignments, business controls, acquisitions, reorganizations and business transformations. Tracey has worked for a Fortune 10 Global company, a mid-size consulting firm, a start-up venture and her own consulting company.

She is an ICF-credentialed coach, a certified PROSCI Change Management practitioner and certified in Hogan Development Suite. She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia, and her graduate degree in business from Webster University.

Tracey believes that while executive leaders have functional objectives to attain, financial commitments to meet, and (for some) promotions to secure, successful leaders understand the importance of focusing on HOW to obtain those results. Because how we obtain those results can be the key to the quality of work, the speed in work delivery, and the willingness of their teams to do it again … and again … and again.
