Cyndi Barber

Cyndi brings extensive experience in sales, marketing and support of business technology and solutions. She spent fourteen years at Xerox Corporation where she held various sales, marketing and technical support positions. She helped clients improve business practices resulting in production time and cost reductions. Prior to that she served in a variety of technical support roles helping clients implement solutions with other consulting firms. Cyndi offers a unique, "as seen from the trenches," perspective to our services for improving performance in measurable ways.

Throughout her career, Cyndi designed and delivered training classes and workshops ranging from product specific technical training to executive technology awareness seminars.

Cyndi is a qualified MBTI and MMTIC practitioner and is expanding her experience in other widely-used team building and leadership development tools.
