Atlanta Business Strategies Firm Launches “Online Follow Through” Program for Executive Training - Corporate Performance Strategies harnesses FortHill Follow Through Tools™ platform for increased knowledge transfer and retention
(February 10, 2009) Atlanta, GA – Corporate Performance Strategies (CPS), an Atlanta-based business strategies and executive coaching firm, has selected and implemented FortHill’s suite of Follow Through Tools™ to develop and launch customized, online follow up for their executive coaching, talent management and leadership development programs.
FortHill’s suite of products is designed to maximize the knowledge transfer and long term effectiveness of corporate training and development programs. Based on a concept called Follow Through Management®, these tools increase the effectiveness of corporate training by providing follow up information, online support and accountability, and a medium for ongoing communication and exchange between the coaches and the candidates.
