Platinum Equity acquired a Healthcare Marketing Systems (now Advogent) from Cardinal Health and required rapid integration (60 days) and separation from the seller to reduce costs and be able to implement a restructuring plan. Corporate Performance Strategies assumed the lead HR integration role working with the Platinum integration team. The integration was on time and we reduced substantial costs in the HR structure, headcount and programs.
The quality and capabilities of the talent being brought into PracticeWorks now have been significantly upgraded, and even though there are more steps in the hiring process – such as abilities testing, drug testing, reference checks, background screening – the cycle time has been reduced. And, the amount of time it takes for the hiring manager to be involved has been cut as well.
