I was impressed with CPS's quick grasp of our issues and their assistance in framing the vision of what human resources could mean to our organization. We benefited from the HR audit which was thorough and served to clarify the issues that could only get worse if we failed to adequately address the shortcomings of our HR function. The positive impact on our organization was significant and immediate. The employees know intuitively when something is amiss and reacted extremely positively once the issues were addressed. We were able to rehabilitate the credibility of the HR function in the eyes of its internal customers; put in place effective programs to address recruiting, retention, training, and incentives; and salvage the HR staff in the process.
