Cynthia Shull

Cynthia "Cindy" Shull brings a wealth of HR leadership and expertise to her engagements. Cindy was with Hewlett-Packard for over 28 years, her last role as the Global HR Director in the HP Services, Global Delivery organization. At HP, Cindy's ability to see the big picture allowed her to successfully engage and partner with executives and managers as a trusted advisor to develop and drive the implementation of strategic global HR and Business plans.

Her knowledge and skills cover many areas, including HR Effectiveness, M&A, Business Continuity, and Leadership Development. Her expertise in Management of Change comes from her involvement in the many organizational transformations that occurred over her tenure at HP, such as divestitures (i.e., HP/Agilent); an internal company merger of the internal IT Delivery organization to the HP Services Outsourcing business; the largest company merger (HP/Compaq) in history; and the ongoing regional and global outsourcing engagements. As a result Cindy also brings a unique way of looking at and working with multi-cultural environments. Her deep understanding of HR practices and her ability to understand the business requirements, makes her a very valuable contributor in any engagement.

Cindy is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). While at HP, she was involved in community projects such as the Atlanta Partners for Education Program, where she established and managed a very successful corporate partnership with Turner Middle School in the Atlanta School System.

Cindy majored in Business Administration & Finance while attending Canal Zone College, Panama R.P. Cindy was born and raised in Panama, Canal Zone, and has lived in Atlanta, Georgia for over 30 years with her husband and family. She is fluent in both English and Spanish which enables her to deliver her services to a broader audience successfully.
