    Joel Tokarz


    Joel Tokarz is an executive with a broad business perspective and record of impacting the business and organizational interests of private and publicly held companies.

    Joel provides human resources consulting in compliance and performance solutions. He is engaged by small to mid-sized businesses to assess, recommending and delivering "best-practice" human capital solutions. He focuses on risk and regulatory compliance, core strategy and policy formation and programs, and executive and professional staff augmentation. Representative engagements include:
    • Multiple, part-time head of Human Resources engagements for software, application service provider (ASP) and related call center companies with single and multi-site locations.
    • Part-time head of Human Resources for a multi-site specialty retailer with store units in Georgia and Tennessee.
    Prior to consulting, Tokarz served as the Vice President of Human Resources and member of the executive management teams for several technology, manufacturing, service and retail businesses with operations in the United States, EMEA, the Pac Rim and Canada. This includes General Signal, Krupp AG, Premiere Technology, Eltrax Systems and Red Celsius. In this capacity, he was responsible for business planning, strategy and policy formation and oversight of all human resources programs.

    Joel earned his B.S. degree from Susquehanna University, an active member of SHRM and civic organizations such as World Trade Center of Atlanta, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, and the United Way.
