Although not actively practicing as a lawyer or CPA, Tony’s experience has given him a deep understanding of legal, tax, accounting, finance, mergers & acquisitions, international and governance issues.

Tony received his BBA in accounting from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Although inactive, Tony is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Texas, and as a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.
