Glenn T. Rupert is a senior-level coach, trainer, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience. He currently divides his time evenly between: coaching, facilitation, and training. His coaching engagements—with individuals and teams—tap his expertise in team dynamics and process analysis.
Glenn holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Lenoir-Rhyne College. He holds 2 internationally recognized coaching certifications: Korn/Ferry International and The Center for Creative Leadership. He is known for his ability to facilitate clients to a deeper understanding of themselves in order to achieve sustainable, lasting change which transfer back to the job through his educational and entertaining engagements.
Glenn has provided coaching for senior-level executives to address strategy, behavior, and organizational culture issues. This coaching experience spans positions from Senior Manager to CEO in a number of different industries, including professional services, manufacturing, high-tech, dot-com, pharmaceutical and academia. Glenn is a coach who believes heavily in process and metrics to add value in a way that is meaningful to both the coachee and the organization. Coaching can be beneficial to both high performers and executives who are headed for a derailment path. Glenn has a record of high success with both of these types of engagements. Glenn trains executive level leadership and coaching courses, and senior level coaching certification classes globally across many different industries. Glenn is equally comfortable teaching in a traditional classroom environment, or in a virtual environment using on-line collaboration tools to bring global teams together in a positive and lasting way. Glenn partners with clients to develop custom programs that deliver quality modules achieving individual and organizational results. He has taught the SHRM curriculum to HR professionals seeking certification in Human Resource Management at Duke University’s School of Continuing Education. In addition to teaching, Glenn regularly designs and facilitates team development and strategy sessions for his clients.
